Why are your sizes so weird?
Our products come from different manufacturers all over the world. Not every manufacturer sizes products the same.
My package hasn't arrived yet, where is it?
All US and most international orders come with a tracking code that will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. You can enter your order number or tracking code here to find the location of your package.
My shipping status has been "Your item has been processed through a facility in..." for over a week. What does this mean and where is my package? This means that your package is currently in international transit, on its way to your country. Because this is the longest part of your package's journey, your status may take longer than expected to update.
I ordered 2 items, but my package only had 1. Where is my other item?
Since many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer, not all items ship from the same location. Items shipped separately may arrive on different days. Don't worry, your other item is on its way.
I entered my tracking code. Why can't I see where my package is?
Don't worry, it can take a few days for tracking information to become available. Just try again later.
I usually wear a size M, should I only purchase size M products here?
Not necessarily. Some of our size M products may fit you, but for others, you may want a size S, L, or even XL. Please pay close attention to the measurements on the sizing charts to ensure you get a product that fits you perfectly!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on where you live. Detailed information about delivery times can be found on our shipping page.
Oops, I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
Uh-oh. If you let us know within 1 hour of placing the order, we can help you make alterations. If 1 hour has passed, you can still let us know, but we can't guarantee changes can be made.
My product arrived damaged, can I get a new one?
Don't worry, in the unlikely event that any products arrive damaged, we are happy to replace them for you.
Do you offer refunds on sale items?
Unless the product arrives damaged or significantly different than described, we do not offer refunds on sale items. More information can be found on our returns and refunds policy page.
How do I know what size to pick?
A unique sizing chart is available on every product page.
Can I pay with Paypal?
