Shipping Policy

Orders placed on or after 1/20/25 may not ship until 2/4/25. We appologize for the delay.

Shipping in the US

  • We offer FREE shipping on all US orders over $75 USD.
  • All US orders under $75 USD will incur a $5.95 shipping fee.
  • Tracking information is available for all US orders.
  • Tracking information can take several days to update. If you do not see tracking updates, please try again in a few days.
  • Most products are shipped directly from our partnered manufacturers in Central and Southeast Asia.
  • Products may be shipped separately in order to expedite shipping times. In this case, a tracking number will be provided for each parcel.
  • All US orders are shipped by US Postal Service product in partnership with other air mail services.
  • Please allow for 1-5 business days for processing and to 2-3 weeks for shipping within the United States.
  • On less than 5% of orders, circumstances beyond our control during the shipping process may cause shipping times to slightly exceed 3 weeks. 
  • Ordering with Modern Undies is risk-free. In the unlikely case that your order has not arrived within 8 weeks of shipment and tracking information has not updated in 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund or to have your items resent free of charge.


Shipping outside the US

  • Worldwide shipping is available.
  • All international orders (outside the US) will incur a flat rate charge for shipping and VAT (if applicable).
  • International orders are shipped either by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product, or by other air mail.
  • Tracking information is available for all e-packet orders and most air-mail orders.
  • Tracking information can take a few days to update. If you do not see tracking updates, please try again in a few days.
  • In order to expedite shipping times, some products may be shipped separately. 
  • Most products are shipped directly from our partnered manufacturers in Central and Southeast Asia.
  • Products may be shipped separately. In this case, a tracking number will be provided for each parcel.
  • Please allow up to 1-5 days for processing. Most international orders arrive within 2-4 weeks. Shipping to certain countries may take as long as 8 weeks. If you would like to know whether shipping to your country requires a longer shipping time, you may contact us here.
  • Shipping times vary by destination country. For specific estimates on how long it will take to ship to your country, and for any other questions, you can contact us here.
  • Ordering with Modern Undies is risk-free. In the unlikely case that your order has not arrived within 10 weeks of shipment and tracking information has not updated in 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • We do not ship to select countries including North Korea, Iran, Uruguay, and several others.
